WWE 2K26 Release Expands With DLC and Early Access

WWE 2K26 is shaping its rollout around edition choice, downloadable content and gameplay refinements that begin before the opening bell. Premium editions are set to unlock early access on March 6, ahead of the standard edition launch on March 13, with PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Steam and Nintendo Switch 2 included in the reported platform lineup.

The WWE 2K26 release structure includes the Standard, King of Kings, Attitude Era and Monday Night War editions. Reported pricing starts at $69.99 and rises to $149.99, while the pre-order bonus centers on the Joe Hendry Pack, which adds a wrestler, MyFaction content, customization items, an emote, early access and virtual currency.

The reported base roster blends current names and established legends, while the post-launch plan extends well beyond release week. Ringside Pass content is scheduled across multiple seasons, with AAA talent such as Mr. Iguana and El Hijo del Vikingo named early, followed by later additions including The Hardy Boyz, Jelly Roll, Lady Shani, Brian Pillman, La Parka, Matt Cardona, Torrie Wilson, Bam Bam Bigelow, Nikki Bella and others.

Gameplay changes also stand out in WWE 2K26. New start-of-match actions give players control over pre-bell interactions, while added arenas and expanded brawling spaces, including the NXT parking lot and WWE Archives area, point to a stronger focus on match presentation and long-term engagement.
